Ingredients

  • Salmon fish fillets
  • Garlic
  • Green beans
  • Olive oil
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Natural Yogurt
  • Freshly cut parsley
  • Lemon juice
  • Black whole Olives
  • Capers

Directions

  1. Pre-Heat your grill to medium to high temperature
  2. Put your salmon fillets on a baking tray, drizzle the olive oil, season with salt and pepper
  3. Add the garlic, green beans, black olives and capers around the salmon fillets
  4. Flip the Salmon over and add the Cherry tomatoes around the tray
  5. Serve warm with a side dish of yogurt, parsley and lemon juice
