Initially you might want to keep some solid foods in your diet, such as raw nuts or a vegetable until you get used to the juicing.

After you have finished your cleansing, go back slowly to regular foods, however do not over do it initially, allow time for your body to fall back into place and balance things out again. Avoid alcohol, dairy, fried and processed food, and red meat.
