Juicing – The Trend for Raw Fruit and Veg

Raw vegetables and fruit can be juiced to produce highly detoxifying remedies, which when taken regularly can be a real life-changer, healing and nourishing your body effectively.

Cleansing through Juicing

Cleansing your system through raw juicing can really change your eating habits, preparing your body to fight those symptoms signalling bad eating habits, which cause lack of energy, anxiety, stomach issues, allergies, headaches and so much more.

A Cleansing can take generally 3 days, and during this period you would mainly consume raw juices, cleansing toxins out of your body and giving your digestive system a well deserved break. If you carry out a cleansing every 2-3 months, the effects will start to appear more and more at each cleansing, as your body heals further and further.

Going Alkaline

Your body will generally function better when it is in an alkaline state, rather than an acidic state that is. To help achieve this one needs to reduce consumption of the following foods and drinks;

  1. Dairy products
  2. Animal based products
  3. Coffee and sugary drinks
  4. Alcohol
  5. Processed foods
  6. Anything else packed with artificial flavouring, preservatives, or additives

Raw Juicing

Raw juicing means that the good bacteria and enzymes within the raw vegetables and fruits will all be active, making the juice packed with nutrients that will help heal your body and make you feel great, packing you with energy and good health.

Different Juices can be taken at different times of the day, for instance at breakfast you can either go for a more fruit based juice, to pack the sweetness of the fruit in your breakfast. For lunch you can go for a more green cold juice packed with kale for instance. Throughout the day you should take in as much water as you like, keeping yourself hydrated helps all of your body functions work properly.

When initially starting your juicing journey, you may feel some less than good symptoms, which are showing you that your body is responding to this new food you are consuming and its effects. You may feel you have less energy and feel more moody, this is caused mainly by your body fighting hard to get rid of all the toxins it accumulated over all these years.

Also keep in mind that with each juice, you are taking in a lot of fruit and vegetables, something that your system might not be accustomed to, and will take some time to get used to. Once the toxins level goes down, you will start to feel a lot better about this. Keep drinking a lot of water to help wash away the toxins being expelled with the help of the juices. Initially you might want to keep some solid foods in your diet, such as raw nuts or a vegetable until you get used to the juicing.

After you have finished your cleansing, go back slowly to regular foods, however do not over do it initially, allow time for your body to fall back into place and balance things out again. Avoid alcohol, dairy, fried and processed food, and red meat.

Juicing is not just a diet fad, this is a way of living. Consuming large amounts of fresh raw fruit and vegetables is healthy and convenient now with a good Juicer. You can buy a good Juicer from here.

If you drink a large juice before a meal, you will reduce the amount of food you take in that meal, thereby substituting meals for a fresh raw juice, packed with vitamins and nutrients, all in their raw fresh form.

Before buying a Juicer, consider that generally a slow masticating juicer will give you a better juice that a centrifugal juicer, seeing that a centrifugal juicer tends to build up alot of heat while spinning round when processing the juice which heat may damage the vitamins in the juice.
